  • Delivery is available within our service area. We strive to deliver within 35 minutes, but during peak times, delivery may take longer.

  • You will be informed of any significant delays at the time of your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location we deem outside our service range or for any reason related to safety or feasibility.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Aruban Florin (AWG)  and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where:

    • The order is incorrect.

    • The order is significantly delayed without prior notice.

    • The food is not delivered or is delivered in unacceptable condition.

Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
